Do you have the insight, experience and transferable skills that could protect children whilst supporting their parents?

We are looking for enthusiastic people to provide a professional service to join our team in our residential family centres in Kent

Our team is diverse with people from all walks of life, but what they all have in common is a strong will to provide a professional and welcoming service with a key aim to protect children and help parents succeed.

What experience do we look for?

Foster care, Mental Health Support, Maternity, Social Worker, Drug & Alcohol Support, Nursing, Early Years, Family Liaison, Teaching Assistant, Residential Support Worker.

All our staff undertake a structured and comprehensive training and development program, to ensure we work together cohesively and professionally.  Training includes online courses, face to face training, qualifications of Level 3 and above, progression and other opportunities within the company.

We plan to develop a benefits package for all of our staff to maintain a positive morale, promote good mental health, reward staff retention and good work.  We believe all our staff should feel valued, receive a comprehensive training programme and continued professional development, access to counselling support, discounted gym membership or beauty therapies, access to private health care scheme, staff nights out and activities.

We are the first residential family centre to offer the CUBAS Dynamic Assessments framework and assessments in the UK.
